The Alfa College in Groningen needed a tool to test the implementation of their new HR system. To track, manage and archive this large scale project they could no longer rely on old methods that lacked overview and simplicity. Through the use of TestMonitor they were able to keep complete control over the project in each phase, and track issues from several different parties that were involved in the project.
The use of TestMonitor has since become a standard procedure within the organization and a nice bonus for them is that the tool also keeps their accountant happy.
